Most of the feedback we get comes off the same jobs we do every week: commercial security cameras mapped to a building instead of scattered on a wall, alarm systems installed and monitored by a licensed installer, access control that finally ends the re-keying, and the system takeovers we're known for — coming into a broken or neglected setup, keeping what still works, and replacing only what's failed. When a customer mentions that we didn't oversell them, that's the review we're proudest of, because keeping what works is a deliberate choice, not a shortcut.
